Our aim is to ensure that returning a product to us is hassle free.

Faulty Stock

  • We are happy to exchange any product found faulty, providing you have valid receipt. A receipt is needed as proof of purchase. We may offer to repair exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your statutory rights.
  • Where no receipt is provided only store credit will be issued, the product will be refunded at the prevailing price at time of return. Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Manufacturing defects do not include wear and tear, and any accidental, non-accidental damage.
  • Returns must be made to store where purchased.
  • Multi-buy items part returned will be returned at full price, less multi-buy discount for that item
  • For combination items e.g. Buy one get one free, all items must be returned in order to process a refund.
  • Items purchased with gift receipts/vouchers cannot be refunded and qualify for exchange only.
  • If you paid using a credit card, the card used to purchase must be used for refund.

Change of Mind

  • You may return purchases if you change your mind within 30 days provided they are unused, in saleable condition and in original unopened intact packaging, with all parts. Products that have been modified, damaged, altered cannot be returned.
  • A receipt is needed as proof of purchase, and goods cannot be refunded without one.
  • We do not offer returns on clear-out items/sale items. Exclusions also apply for textiles and clothing (including Halloween Costumes), CD’s, DVD’s, confectionery, consumables, jewellery and custom made or modified items.
  • Returns must be made to store where purchased. It is at the stores discretion whether these items qualify for return.

It is Company Policy to issue a receipt with every transaction.

Items Returned with Receipt

We are happy to offer an Exchange or Store Credit Note for items returned within 30 days of purchase, providing the goods are unused, in their full original packaging with all contents, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Items Returned without Receipt

Where no receipt is provided, it is at the Store Managers discretion whether these items qualify for return or not. If the return is deemed valid, we are happy to offer an Exchange or provide a Store Credit Note to the value of the items purchased. Items must be returned unused, in their full original packaging with all contents and be in saleable condition.

Certain items do not qualify for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit Note at any time. This is a tailored or specific item cut to the length of size at request of the customer eg. a tablecloth.

  • Refunds will be made according to your method of payment.
  • Store Credit Notes cannot be exchanged for cash.
